Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Adamu is an energetic twenty-year-old young man known for his helpful nature and strong work ethic. He enjoys assisting his father with small trades and takes pride in supporting his family financially whenever he can. He loves playing football with his friends and has a keen interest in learning about new technologies. His long-term dream is to become an engineer so he can build solutions that improve the lives of people in his community. Adam was referred to our health facility with colicky right flank pain radiating to the groin, hematuria, since one month. Adam was well until recently when he started experiencing aforementioned symptoms. He was seen and evaluated by our team and was confirmed to have Right kidney stone. He was planned for elective surgery upon approval by Helpster charity foundation.
Prognosis
Adam's right kidney has indwelling large stone and is causing excruciating pains, and even after taking painkiller pain still remains. He requires surgical treatment, if left untreated, the stone may continue to pass or become lodged in a position that causes obstruction and potential kidney damage. Prognosis With timely and appropriate intervention, he is expected to have a favorable outcome.
