Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Abdur Rahman is a hardworking and determined 12-year-old boy who studies in Class Five and dreams of continuing his education and living a healthy life. His father works as a day laborer in another city to support the family, while his mother takes care of him and his younger sister, making it very difficult for the family to afford costly medical treatment. Since birth, Abdur Rahman has been suffering from glandular hypospadias, which has gradually caused painful urination, repeated infections, and severe groin pain that now affects his studies and daily activities. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Bablu Abdullah, his worried family sought urgent medical support for his treatment. Without proper treatment and surgery, his condition may become more severe and lead to serious infections, urinary complications, severe pain, and long-term health problems.
Prognosis
According to the doctors, Md. Abdur Rahman urgently requires urethroplasty surgery to correct the abnormal urinary opening and stop the repeated infections and severe urinary problems. With proper surgery and medical care, his condition is expected to improve gradually, and the risk of further complications can be reduced. Timely treatment is very important to prevent worsening infection and damage to the urinary system. Without proper treatment and surgery, his condition may become severe and lead to life-threatening infections, serious urinary blockage, and dangerous complications affecting vital body functions.
