Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Balikisu is a 9-year-old girl who enjoys reading, watching movies, and wants to be an artist when she grows up. Three days ago, she started having a fever, pain on the right side of her belly, and was throwing up. Pain medicine helped a little, but her symptoms got worse, so she was quickly taken to our hospital. The doctors found out she has Acute Appendicitis.
Medical history
Baliksu was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and promptly admitted for emergency surgery under general anesthesia. The surgery was successfully performed in the operating theatre. Baliksu has fully recovered from the effects of general anesthesia and is currently recuperating. She is receiving parenteral antibiotics, analgesics, and intravenous infusion as part of her treatment plan.
Outcome
If appendicitis is not treated, it can lead to serious complications, the most severe being a ruptured appendix. When the appendix ruptures, it releases bacteria into the abdomen, potentially leading to a serious infection called peritonitis, which can be life-threatening. An abscess, which is a pocket of infection, may also form.Treatment for appendicitis usually involves surgery to remove the appendix, a procedure known as an appendectomy.
