Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Kobir Hossen is a simple, innocent, and mentally challenged 20-year-old young man who has been living in severe hardship with his elderly mother and younger brother. Since childhood, Kobir has struggled with mental development problems and has never had the opportunity to attend school, while his widowed mother has been trying to support the family alone despite extreme financial difficulties. For the past four years, Kobir has been suffering from severe hemorrhoids, causing excessive bleeding, severe pain, and great discomfort that have made his daily life extremely difficult and embarrassing. Doctors have diagnosed him with advanced Grade III/IV hemorrhoids and advised urgent surgery, warning that without treatment his condition could worsen further, leading to severe bleeding, weakness, infection, and serious health complications. However, the family is completely unable to afford the operation costs, and they learned about Helpster Charity through the staff of Rupali Bank’s Dogachi branch before seeking guidance and support from Dr. Arif.
Medical history
Kobir Hossen was admitted to RUDO Hospital on 14 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for a Hemorrhoidectomy. Understanding the family's financial difficulties, Helpster Charity, in collaboration with RUD Hospital, arranged the surgery completely free of cost to ensure that Kobir received the necessary treatment without any burden on his family. The operation was successfully performed by the medical team, and Kobir responded well throughout his treatment. Following proper post-operative care, medications, and continuous monitoring, he made a steady recovery and was discharged from the hospital in a stable condition with appropriate medical advice for his continued healing at home. Kobir's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity and RUDO Hospital for their generosity, compassionate support, and commitment to providing quality healthcare services to those in need. Their kindness has brought renewed hope and happiness to Kobir and his loved ones.
Prognosis
According to the doctors, Kobir Hossen urgently requires a haemorrhoidectomy to remove the severe hemorrhoids and stop the continuous bleeding, pain, and swelling that have been affecting his daily life for years. With proper surgery and medical care, his pain, discomfort, and bleeding are expected to improve significantly, allowing him to live a healthier and more comfortable life. Doctors believe that timely treatment will help restore his physical strength and reduce the risk of further complications caused by excessive blood loss and infection. However, if the condition is left untreated, the bleeding and swelling may become more severe, leading to extreme weakness, severe infection, worsening pain, and serious health risks.
