Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ibrahim is from a poor home, and hawks sachet water on the roads. He is strong, active and passionate to work hard. He dreams of becoming a businessman when he grows up. About 3 years ago, he developed a swelling in the inguinal region, initially small, reducible and painless, but currently bigger in size, associated with mild pains and discomfort. He is diagnosed with iguinoscrotal hernia.
Medical history
Ibrahim was diagnosed with a left inguinoscrotal hernia. After admission, he underwent investigations and underwent successful herniorrhaphy surgery. Following a brief recovery period in the hospital, he was discharged home. He is currently in good health.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
