As the pain, bleeding, and wound infection worsened, he became restless, cried continuously, and struggled to sit, sleep, or remain comfortable, causing great concern for his family. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Mohammad Younus while seeking help for their child’s treatment. Without urgent wound care, medicines, regular dressings, and medical follow-up, the infection could spread, leading to serious complications, permanent damage, and potentially life-threatening health risks for such a young child.

Mohammed Ibrahim was admitted to Orion Hospital on 23.04.2026 with a severe burn injury over the buttock region that caused intense pain, wound infection, and significant discomfort. During his 8-day hospital stay, he received regular wound dressing, medications, infection control measures, pain management, fluid support, nutritional care, and close medical monitoring to promote healing and prevent complications. With continuous treatment and supportive care, his condition gradually improved, and he was discharged on 01.05.2026 in stable condition with advice for ongoing wound care and follow-up. The treatment expenses were fully supported by Helpster Charity, with valuable assistance from Helpster Volunteer Abu Sayeed throughout the treatment process. The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity, Volunteer Abu Sayeed, and the entire Orion Hospital team for their compassionate care, generous support, and commitment to Ibrahim’s recovery.

According to the doctors, Mohammad Ibrahim has a good chance of recovery if he continues receiving hospitalization, regular burn wound dressing, infection control measures, pain management, intravenous fluids, medications, nutritional support, and close monitoring. These treatments will help control the infection, reduce pain, promote healthy wound healing, and prevent further damage to the affected tissues. Proper nutrition and medical care will also support his overall growth and recovery. However, if left untreated, the wound infection could spread deeper into the surrounding tissues and bloodstream, leading to severe illness, permanent tissue damage, delayed healing, and potentially life-threatening complications.
