Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Zakariya is a boy from a poor home, who is jovial, and loves riding bicycle. He dreams of becoming an engineer. About two years ago, he developed a swelling in the inguinal region, which was reducible and associated with mild pains, discomfort and feelings of heaviness. He is diagnosed with Iguinoscrotal Hernia.
Medical history
Yusuf was admitted for evaluation of an inguinal hernia. Following successful herniorrhaphy surgery and recovery, he was discharged home with prescribed medications. Presently, he is in good health.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
