Al Mubin is a cheerful and hardworking 6-year-old boy who studies in Class 1 and lives with his parents and four siblings in a family struggling with extreme poverty. His father is the only earning member of the family, bringing home around 7,000 BDT per month, which is not enough to cover household expenses, let alone costly surgery and medical care. After a road traffic accident caused a fracture in his right leg, a second injury to the same leg made his condition much worse, leaving him in severe pain and unable to move normally. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Mohammad Abu Sayeed while searching for help they could not afford on their own. Without urgent surgery and proper treatment, the fracture may heal incorrectly, causing long-term disability, difficulty walking, and lasting effects on his growth and quality of life.

Al Mubin, 06 Yeras was admitted to Orion Hospital on 01.06.2026 with a fracture of his right Femur following a fall and underwent successful surgical treatment (ORIF) to properly align and stabilize the broken bones. During his 6-day hospital stay, he received surgery, pain management, immobilization, regular monitoring, and postoperative care to support healing and recovery. His condition gradually improved, with reduced pain and better arm stability, and he was discharged on 07.06.2026 with advice for follow-up care and rehabilitation. Throughout his treatment journey, Helpster Volunteer Ahammod Ali Azad provided valuable support and coordination. The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity, Volunteer Abu Sayeed, and the entire Orion Hospital team for their generous support, compassionate care, and assistance in helping Mohammed Ayas recover.

Doctors recommend Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) to realign Ismail’s fractured secure them with plates and screws. With this surgery, he has a strong chance of proper healing, pain relief, and restoration of normal arm movement, allowing him to return to daily activities without long-term disability. With proper follow-up care, his strength and function can gradually improve. However, if left untreated, the bones may heal in a wrong position, leading to permanent deformity, chronic pain, and loss of arm function. This could severely affect his ability to study, work, and live independently in the future.
