Mst. Jarin Khatun is a noble, hardworking, and caring 21-year-old pregnant woman who dreams of building a small cow farm and creating a better future for her family. She lives in fragile conditions with her husband Hayder Ali, their young son Md. Rafi, and her elderly mother-in-law, while her husband struggles to support the family with a very limited income as a day laborer. During the final stage of her pregnancy, Jarin developed lower abdominal pain, weakness, abdominal hardening, and discomfort, causing serious concern when her condition did not improve after treatment at the Upazila Health Complex. Doctors at New Evercare Hospital later diagnosed her with breech presentation and mild anemia, a risky condition that requires close monitoring and proper medical care to protect both mother and unborn baby. Without timely treatment and safe delivery management, severe complications could arise that may become life-threatening for both Jarin and her baby, but the family is unable to bear the medical expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through one of its beneficiaries.

Mst. Jarin Khatun was admitted to the hospital on 08.05.2026 with a 36-week and 3-day pregnancy complicated by a breech presentation. She underwent a successful LUCS on the same day under the supervision of Dr. Nahid Akter, Surgeon, and Dr. Sharif Nasif, Anaesthetist. The baby was delivered safely, and both mother and newborn received proper medical management, continuous postoperative monitoring, and attentive nursing care. Their condition improved steadily, and they recovered well. As they remained stable and free from complications, both were discharged in good health on 11.05.2026.

The recommended treatment for Jarin Khatun is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby immediately and prevent further complications.
