Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Eighteen-year-old Md. Monu Hossain lives with his struggling family in a small overcrowded room in Geneva Bihari Camp, Dhaka. Since childhood, he has suffered from Malabsorption Syndrome, a condition that prevents his body from getting proper nutrition, and recently his condition became critical after severe diarrhea and continuous vomiting left him extremely weak and dehydrated. His elderly father earns only a small irregular income, while his elder sister Moni Akter, her husband Md. Sonu Mia, and his younger brother Md. Sohu try their best to support the family, but they have no savings for expensive medical treatment. Despite his long illness, Monu is a calm and hopeful young man who dreams of living a healthy and independent life. Doctors warned that without urgent treatment, dehydration and weakness could become life-threatening, and during this difficult time the family learned about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp organized in Geneva Camp, which became their only hope for Monu’s treatment and recovery.
Prognosis
According to the doctors, Md. Monu Hossain requires urgent hydration treatment, supportive therapy, conservative treatment, and close monitoring to recover from severe dehydration and weakness caused by continuous diarrhea and vomiting. With proper treatment, his body fluids and strength can gradually return to normal, helping him regain the ability to eat, recover physically, and improve his overall health condition. Doctors are carefully monitoring him to prevent further complications related to dehydration and malnutrition. If he does not receive proper treatment, his condition may rapidly worsen, leading to extreme weakness, severe nutritional deficiency, organ complications, and other life-threatening conditions that could seriously endanger his life.
