Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Shalom Joshua is a 15-year-old girl from a financially struggling family. She dreams of becoming a chef, but her current health condition and the family’s inability to pay for treatment have made life very difficult. She was diagnosed with acute pyelonephritis after presenting with abdominal pain, dysuria, frequent urination, and fever, and her family is seeking help so she can receive proper care.
Prognosis
Acute pyelonephritis is a serious but treatable kidney infection requiring prompt antibiotic therapy. Patient will recover fully within a short while within when treated early. Prognosis is generally excellent; however, if treatment is delayed or not completed, the infection may worsen and lead to complications such as sepsis, kidney abscess, recurrent infections, or permanent kidney damage.
