Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Anisha Afrin is a gentle and hardworking 12-year-old girl from Geneva Bihari Camp who studies in Class 5 and dreams of becoming a teacher so she can help children in her community receive an education. She lives with her parents in a small overcrowded shelter where her father, Md. Nasir Uddin, struggles to support the family through handcraft work earning only around 9,500 BDT per month, leaving no savings for costly medical treatment after managing daily expenses. For the last five years, Anisha has been suffering from severe nasal blockage and repeated nose bleeding, making it difficult for her to breathe comfortably, study properly, and enjoy a normal childhood. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through the medical outreach program held on 07-04-2026. Doctors have warned that without proper treatment, her condition may become life-threatening by causing severe breathing difficulties, heavy recurrent bleeding, extreme weakness, serious infection, and long-term complications affecting her overall health and future well-being.
Medical history
Anisha Afrin was admitted to the hospital on 04-05-2026 for treatment of her long-standing nasal blockage and recurrent nasal bleeding, and she was discharged on 07-05-2026 after receiving proper medical care and treatment support. During her admission, necessary investigations and specialist consultations were completed, and the doctors managed her condition carefully with a treatment plan including Septoplasty with Turbinoplasty and TESPAL. With the support of Helpster Charity, the hospital team, and dedicated volunteers, Anisha’s family was able to continue her treatment despite their financial difficulties. Her parents expressed sincere gratitude to Helpster Charity, the respected doctors, hospital authorities, and all volunteers for their kindness, support, and efforts in helping their daughter receive proper treatment and care.
Prognosis
According to the doctors, Anisha Afrin urgently needs septoplasty with turbinoplasty and TESPAL surgery to improve her breathing problem and stop the repeated nose bleeding. With proper treatment and close medical care, her nasal blockage, breathing difficulty, and recurrent bleeding are expected to improve gradually, helping her return to normal studies and daily activities. Doctors believe the surgery will also reduce the risk of future infections and long-term complications. However, if she remains untreated, her condition may worsen over time, causing severe breathing difficulties, frequent heavy bleeding, weakness, sleep problems, and potentially life-threatening complications affecting her overall health.
