Riazul Jannat is a precious 5-month-old baby girl whose smile brings joy to her parents and grandparents, all of whom dream of watching her grow up healthy and strong. She lives in a five-member family where her father, a farmer, is the only earning member, making just BDT 8,000 per month, which is barely enough to provide food and daily necessities, leaving the family unable to afford the cost of her lifesaving treatment. Diagnosed with typhoid fever, Riazul's condition has become critical, and without prompt medical care, the infection could lead to severe dehydration, bloodstream infection (sepsis), intestinal complications, multiple organ failure, or even death. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a community miking campaign, giving them hope when they had no other way to continue her treatment. With timely medical support, Riazul has every chance to recover fully and grow up surrounded by the love and care of her family.

Riazul Jannat is a 05 month old child. Suddenly She got fever for 07 days with caugh. Her mother came to our hospital in 13 April 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Riazul Jannat comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. At 20th April 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Riazul Jannat's typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
