Hamington is a 15-year-old boy, the third-born in a family of four children. He is quiet, serious, and focused, with a strong interest in football and handball. He dreams of becoming an engineer in the future. Following the separation of his parents, Hamington and his siblings moved to live with their grandmother in a one-bedroom mud-walled house without electricity. His mother is the sole breadwinner and survives by doing casual jobs away from home to support her children and their grandmother despite the family’s difficult financial situation. Hamington reported experiencing recurrent epigastric pain and painful urination for nearly four days, accompanied by fever and general body weakness. As his condition worsened, he became weak, febrile, and visibly uncomfortable. He had severe abdominal pain that caused him to walk while bent over due to discomfort. The persistent symptoms affected his normal activities and caused significant distress. Because the family lacked money for treatment, Hamington decided to seek care at our facility after learning about the support offered through Helpster Charity Organization, hoping he could receive the medical assistance he urgently needed.

HAMINGTON WAS MANAGED ON PUD AND UTI CONDITIONS. HE WAS MANAGED WITH ANTI-ACIDS,ANTIBIOTICS, ANTIPYRETICS AND OTHER DRUGS AS PER MEDICAL REPORT. HE RESPONDED WELL TO THE CARE AND STABILIZED. HE WAS THEN DISCHARGED HOME ON ORAL MEDICATIONS TO CONTINUE WITH AT HOME.
