Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Md. Roni Hasan is a polite, calm, and hardworking 17-year-old boy who continues to dream of building a better future for his family despite living in extreme poverty. His mother works in other people’s houses to support the family with a very limited monthly income, while his father provides no financial support, forcing Roni and his family to live at his grandmother’s house under difficult conditions. Roni has been suffering from severe pain, swelling, and discomfort due to Grade III left-sided varicocele, which has made standing, walking, and daily physical activities increasingly painful and stressful for him. After medical tests confirmed his condition, doctors advised proper treatment and surgery to prevent further complications and worsening pain. Without timely treatment, his condition may become more severe and could affect his long-term physical health and future well-being, but the family is unable to afford the medical expenses and sought help through Helpster Charity after being informed by Dr. Auwal and volunteer Md. Abu Hanif.

Medical history

Md. Roni Hasan, a 17-year-old boy, had been suffering from severe pain, swelling, and discomfort in his left scrotum due to varicocele. The condition gradually worsened over time, making it difficult for him to walk comfortably, stand for long periods, focus on his studies, and participate in normal daily activities. The persistent pain also affected his emotional well-being and quality of life. After careful medical evaluation, doctors advised a Left Subinguinal Micro-Varicocelectomyto treat the enlarged veins responsible for his symptoms. With the support of generous donors and well-wishers, Roni successfully underwent the surgery.Following the operation, Roni has begun his recovery journey under the close supervision of his doctors. The procedure was completed successfully, and the medical team is optimistic about his progress. His pain and swelling are expected to decrease gradually as the surgical site heals. With proper medication, follow-up care, and adequate rest, he is expected to regain his strength and return to his normal activities. The surgery has given Roni a new opportunity to live a healthier and more comfortable life. As his recovery continues, he looks forward to focusing on his education, spending time with family and friends, and pursuing his dreams without the constant burden of pain and discomfort. His family remains hopeful and grateful for the support that made his treatment possible.

Prognosis

According to the doctors, Md. Roni Hasan requires a left subinguinal micro-varicocelectomy to treat the enlarged veins causing severe pain, swelling, and discomfort in his left scrotum. With proper surgery and medical care, his pain and swelling are expected to improve gradually, allowing him to walk, stand, study, and perform normal daily activities more comfortably and confidently. Doctors believe that timely treatment will improve blood circulation, reduce discomfort, and support his overall physical and emotional well-being. However, if the condition is left untreated, the pain and swelling may continue to worsen and could lead to severe infection, extreme physical weakness, damage to surrounding tissues, and other serious complications that may become life-threatening
