Md Yeasin is a bright and determined 6-year-old boy who lives with his parents and three siblings in a small shelter under difficult financial conditions. Although his elder two siblings could not attend school due to poverty, Yeasin continues his studies and dreams of supporting his family through education. His father works as a construction laborer with an unstable income, making it impossible for the family to afford treatment after Yeasin suffered a painful fracture and swelling that affected his movement. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Ahammod Ali Azad while seeking support for his treatment. Without proper medical care, his condition could worsen and affect his normal growth and daily life.

Doctors have recommended a Plaster of Paris(PoP) sling with herniotomy (inguinal hernia repair) to correct Mohammed Yeasin’s condition and prevent further complications. With proper postoperative care, including pain management, wound care, and regular follow-up visits, he is expected to make a full recovery and return to normal childhood activities without pain or restriction. The procedure will relieve his recurring discomfort, improve his appetite, and allow him to grow and play like other children his age. However, if left untreated, the hernia may become trapped or obstructed, cutting off blood supply to the intestine and leading to a life-threatening emergency. Timely surgery will not only restore his health but also protect his future well-being and development.
