Md. Yasin is a 7-year-old Grade 1 student who was previously active and healthy until persistent high fever, severe cough, and abdominal pain left him weak and seriously ill. He lives with his parents and other family members, including his young sister and grandparents; his father, Sojib, is the only earning member and makes approximately BDT 8,000 per month as a day laborer, which is barely enough for the family’s basic needs and cannot cover Yasin’s hospitalization. After being diagnosed with typhoid fever, the family sought assistance from Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman so he could receive proper inpatient treatment. Without timely treatment, typhoid may cause severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, bloodstream infection, and sepsis. These complications can lead to shock, organ failure, and become life-threatening, making timely treatment essential for Yasin to recover and return to school.

Md.Soyad is a 07 years old child. Suddenly he got fever for 10 days with caugh and abdominal. His mother came to our hospital in 23rd April 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Md.Soyad comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. At 30th April 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Md. Soyad's typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, his fever will gradually subside, his strength will return, and he will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect his vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
