Osman Goni is a calm and innocent 7-year-old boy who loves spending time and playing with his brothers and sister despite his painful condition. His father, Md. Billal, works very hard farming other people’s land just to provide food and basic needs for the family, making it impossible to afford the costly surgery and medical treatment Osman needs. Since birth, Osman has suffered from hypospadias, causing painful urination, burning sensation, urine leakage, and repeated fever, which have made his daily life difficult and caused deep worry for his parents about his future. After hearing about Helpster Charity from volunteer Jamilur Reza at a local pharmacy, his father finally found hope for getting treatment for his son. Without proper surgery and medical care, Osman may continue to suffer from severe urinary problems, repeated infections, difficulty in normal growth and daily life, and serious complications in the future.

On 06/05/2026, Osman Goni came to Modern Hospital Pvt. Ltd. with complications related to Hypospadias. We examined him and listened carefully to both his physical condition and the difficulties faced by his family. Considering all aspects of his situation, we admitted him under the free treatment program provided by Helpster Charity. On the same day, he was examined by a doctor, who recommended that he undergo emergency surgery immediately. Accordingly, his surgery was performed on 06/05/2026, and the operation was completed successfully. After the surgery, he remained in the hospital for 7 days, during which he gradually recovered under the proper guidance of the doctors and the regular follow-up care of the nurses. On 13/05/2026, he was discharged from the hospital in stable condition and safely returned home. Osman Goni is now able to urinate much more normally than before. He no longer experiences the burning sensation during urination that he previously suffered from, and he is now much happier. According to the doctors, Osman Goni urgently needs Urethroplasty (LEG TIPU Procedure under SAB) to correct the urinary opening and straighten the curved penis. With proper surgery and medical care, his urination is expected to become more normal, reducing pain, burning sensation, urine leakage, and repeated infections, helping him live a healthier and more comfortable childhood. The surgery may also improve his confidence and support normal growth and development in the future. Without treatment, he may continue to suffer from repeated urinary infections, severe urinary problems, worsening complications, and long-term physical and emotional difficulties.
