Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Zonayed Gazi is a cheerful and brave 9-year-old boy who dreams of continuing his studies and living a healthy life like other children. He lives with his parents, elder sister Mira Akter, and younger brother Faizan in a small tin-made house where his father, Mamun Gazi, struggles to support the family by pulling a rickshaw and earning only around 8,000 BDT per month, making expensive eye treatment impossible for them. Zonayed’s eyesight has gradually become worse due to serious eye disease, and he now struggles to read, study, and enjoy daily activities, causing deep fear and sadness for his family as they watch his condition worsen. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Al Amin, his worried parents sought help for his urgent treatment and vision care. Without urgent treatment and proper medical care, his vision may continue to deteriorate and could lead to permanent blindness and severe long-term
Prognosis
According to the expert doctors at Mazharul Haque BNSB Eye Hospital, Chandpur, Zonayed urgently requires Anti-VEGF injections, PRP Laser treatment in both eyes, medications including antibiotics and steroid tablets, and routine follow-up care. His treatment will be provided by Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain Sheikh, Chief Consultant, and Dr. Md. Saiful Islam, Retina Specialist of the hospital. HOwever, if left untreated, Zonayed may suffer irreversible blindness and worsening health complications that could permanently affect his future.
