Mst. Mimi is a calm, pious, and caring 18-year-old pregnant woman who dreams of raising honest and successful children and enjoys sewing clothes in her free time. She lives with her husband and elderly in-laws in fragile living conditions without a permanent home, while her husband struggles to support the family with a very limited income as a day laborer. During her first pregnancy, Mimi developed lower abdominal pain, weakness, and abdominal hardening, causing deep concern for the family when her condition did not improve after treatment at the Upazila Health Complex.
