Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ripa Akter is a caring and resilient 25-year-old mother who dreams of giving her children a better future and safely welcoming her third baby into the world. She lives with her husband, two young children, and her elderly mother-in-law, while her husband is the only earning member, working as a day laborer with a monthly income of only BDT 8,000, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of the emergency Caesarean section while meeting their daily needs. Doctors found that her baby was in a breech position with fetal distress, a life-threatening condition requiring immediate surgery, as delaying treatment could lead to lack of oxygen to the baby, stillbirth, prolonged or obstructed labor, severe bleeding, or even the loss of both mother and baby. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Abdur Rahman, giving them hope when they had no other way to pay for her lifesaving treatment. With timely medical care, Ripa and her baby have the best chance of a safe delivery and a healthy future together.
Medical history
After experiencing, labour pain for 15+ hours , she arrived at our hospital at 10.00PM at 03rd april 2026 and doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed breech presentation with fetal distress , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful male baby. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM at 06 april 2026. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Outcome
The doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a crucial, life-saving intervention. The patient's history of breech presentation with fetal distress, and reduced fetal movement puts both the mother and baby at significant risk. irreversible brain damage, or stillbirth. Without the immediate surgical delivery, the risk of a tragic outcome for the baby is high. The C-section, while a major surgery, offers the best chance to bypass these life-threatening complications and ensure a safe and healthy start to the baby's life.
