Shifatul Jannat is a bright and cheerful 4-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a doctor one day. She lives with her parents and little brother in a fragile home where her father earns only around 6,000 BDT per month as a day laborer, making medical treatment very difficult for the family. For the last two years, she has been suffering from repeated throat pain, fever, difficulty swallowing, and breathing problems during sleep, which have made her weak and uncomfortable. Her family first went to a government hospital, but when her condition did not improve, they came to New Evercare Hospital after learning about Helpster Charity through a medical staff member. Without proper treatment, her condition may become more serious and cause severe breathing and eating difficulties.

Shifatul Jannat was admitted to the hospital on 23.08.2026 with adenotonsillitis. After a thorough evaluation, an adenotonsillectomy was performed on the same day, and the operation was completed successfully without complications. Following the surgery, she received appropriate medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care to support her recovery and maintain a safe and stable condition. Her post-operative condition gradually improved, and she remained under careful observation throughout her hospital stay. The recommended treatment is an emergency adenotonsillectomy to prevent complications. With timely surgery and proper care, she is expected to recover well and return to a normal life. However, if treatment is delayed, the condition may persist and can lead to oropharyngeal obstruction, ear and sinus infections, and respiratory issues, which may become very critical and difficult to manage.
