Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Obaidur Rahman is a 1-year-old boy who lives with his dad, mom, and a 5-year-old brother. His dad works in farming and sometimes as a day laborer, while his mom helps by raising poultry and growing vegetables. Obaidur is a very joyful child, despite his family has a tough life. His parents hope that he will grow up, do well in school, and become a successful officer. They believe that if Obaidur can earn a good living when he's older, it will bring an end to their hard times and lead to a better life for the family.
Medical history
Obaidur was diagnosed with Hypospadias and Chordee Meatal Stenosis, conditions requiring surgical intervention. The recommended surgery, called meatotomy or meatoplasty, aims to enlarge the urethral opening, alleviating symptoms and improving urinary flow. The procedure involved bringing the urethra forward, thickening it, straightening the curved penis, and removing excess skin. Although it was a complex operation, it was successful. Obaidur's parents and hospital authorities are relieved that the surgery went well and he did not experience any complications. Dr. Arif, the MD and Deputy Director of Polly Akota Unnayan Sanstha (RUDO), arranged a home visit to Obaidur's house. Obaidur appeared active, smiling, playful, and joyful. Obaidur's mother expressed her happiness, stating that they can now resume their normal life. Obaidur is comfortable, without pain or fever, and can sleep and eat well. She extended her gratitude to Helpster Charity and RUDO Hospital for their support. The entire family is delighted with Obaidur's improved condition.
Outcome
Hypospadias Repair: This surgery aims to reposition the meatus to its normal place at the tip of the penis and to correct any associated curvature of the penis. The surgery is usually done in infancy or early childhood. Treatment for Meatal Stenosis: This may involve a surgical procedure called meatotomy or meatoplasty, which enlarges the urethral opening to alleviate the symptoms and improve urinary flow.
