Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Amani Malachi lives with his grandmother and three siblings in their local community. His grandmother is the family's primary caregiver and earns a living by selling roasted maize at a nearby roadside market. Amani attends a local junior school through church sponsorship and is currently in Grade 4. He dreams of becoming a teacher in the future and is committed to pursuing his education. Amani developed a persistent cough, chest tightness, and recurrent wounds on the occipital region of his head. These symptoms had been occurring on and off for some time. In an effort to help him recover, his grandmother initially administered herbal remedies, but his condition failed to improve. As the symptoms progressively worsened, she sought assistance from a Community Health Volunteer, who assessed the child and referred him to our hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Medical history
Amani Malach presented with cough Chest tightness and wounds on the head. He was examined tested and found to have septic tinea capitis and acute asthmatic attack.He was treated with antibiotics and antifungals and drug to open his airways. Today Amani Malach is feeling better and back to his normal activities .He goes to school everyday and likes playing football with his friends.His grand mother is so happy about his health and says thank you Helpster charity
Prognosis
Septic tinea capitis is a severe fungal infection of the scalp that becomes complicated by secondary bacterial infection, leading to painful scalp lesions, swelling, pus formation, and possible hair loss. Severe pneumonia is a serious infection of the lungs that causes inflammation, difficulty breathing, fever, cough, and reduced oxygen exchange. An acute asthmatic attack is a sudden worsening of asthma symptoms due to narrowing and inflammation of the airways, resulting in wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and respiratory distress.
