Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Doris is a 34 year old mother, she is staying with her husband and first child. Life has been very difficult due to financial challenges. They have a 2 rooms apartment, pit toilet, access to well and no electricity. The husband is not currently working and the mother is a housewife. Monthly income is 5000. Mrs Doris is a 34 years old female who presented with history of labour for 2 days. She had CS in her previous delivery due to cephalopelvic disproportion (mismatch between baby’s head and birth canal). Examination showed a lethargic patient with gravid uterus. Vaginal examination showed head of fetus tightly fixed in the pelvis with marked molding and thickened cervix. Membrane still intact. Fetal heart rate normal.Diagnosis of Obstructed Labour was made.
Prognosis
Obstructed labour occurs when the fetus cannot progress through the birth canal despite adequate uterine contractions. The prognosis of obstructed labour is good when recognized early and managed promptly with appropriate obstetric intervention, such as caesarean section
