Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Khairul Amin is an 11-year-old Rohingya child who dreams of becoming a teacher and helping his community in the future. He lives with his parents and three younger siblings in a small shelter made of tarpaulin and bamboo in Camp 15, where his father is the sole earning member and works as a community volunteer with limited and irregular income. Supporting a family of six is already a daily struggle, making the cost of surgery impossible for them to afford. Khairul has been suffering from a painful swelling in his groin that has affected his ability to eat, study, play, and carry out normal daily activities. Without timely treatment, the hernia could become trapped and cut off blood supply to the intestine, causing severe pain, serious complications, and potentially life-threatening consequences. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Abu Sayeed.
Prognosis
Doctors have recommended a herniotomy (inguinal hernia repair) to correct Khairul’s condition and prevent further complications. With appropriate post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and regular follow-up visits, he is expected to make a full recovery and resume normal childhood activities without pain or limitation. The procedure will relieve his recurrent discomfort, improve appetite, and support normal growth and daily functioning. If left untreated, the hernia may become incarcerated or obstructed, compromising intestinal blood supply and leading to a potentially life-threatening emergency. Timely surgical intervention will therefore restore his health and safeguard his long-term well-being and development.
