Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

LIFE CARE HOSPITAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTER

Background
Hasna Banu is a caring and devoted 30-year-old mother who always puts her family first and dreams of safely welcoming her baby into the world. She lives with her husband and his elderly parents, all of whom depend on her husband's small grocery business, which earns only BDT 8,000 per month, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of the surgery she urgently needs. Doctors have found that she has moderate oligohydramnios, meaning the baby is surrounded by less amniotic fluid than normal, and without timely treatment, both mother and baby could face serious, potentially life-threatening complications, including fetal distress, umbilical cord compression, prolonged labor, stillbirth, or severe bleeding during delivery. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital and Diagnostic Center, giving them hope when they had no way to pay for her treatment. With timely medical care and the recommended Caesarean section, Hasna and her baby have the best chance of a safe delivery and a healthy future together.
Medical history
Hasna Banu was admitted to the hospital on 15/05/2026 at 37 weeks of pregnancy after doctors diagnosed her with moderate oligohydramnios, which made a normal delivery risky. Considering the possible complications, doctors performed a planned cesarean section (LUCS), and the surgery was successfully completed, resulting in the safe birth of her baby. After the operation, Hasna received proper medical care, medications, and nutritional support, and both mother and baby gradually recovered in stable condition. She was discharged from the hospital on 18/05/2026 in good health. Hasna and her family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity, its volunteers, and the medical team at Life Care Hospital and Diagnostic Center for their kind support and timely assistance that ensured the safe delivery and well-being of both mother and child.
Outcome
Doctors have recommended a Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) to safely deliver Hasna Banu’s baby and protect both mother and child. With timely surgery and proper medical care, doctors expect a safe delivery, after which Hasna can recover gradually and care for her newborn and family. The procedure will help reduce the risks associated with moderate oligohydramnios and ensure the baby is born safely and in stable condition. However, if proper treatment and delivery management are not provided, the baby may face serious complications such as fetal distress, reduced movement, or lack of oxygen during labor. In severe cases, these complications can become life-threatening for both the mother and the baby, making timely treatment extremely important.
