Suborna Akter Bonna is a polite and hardworking 21-year-old woman who dreams of building a home of her own and safely welcoming her first child into the world. She lives with her husband, Md. Ershadul, a day laborer earning only 6,000 BDT per month, and her mother-in-law, Most. Roksana, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of emergency maternity care and surgery. When Suborna developed abdominal pain and discomfort during the final weeks of pregnancy, doctors discovered that her baby was in a breech position, creating a high-risk situation for both mother and child. Without timely treatment, the condition could lead to obstructed labor, severe birth complications, lack of oxygen to the baby, or even the loss of the baby and serious risks to the mother. After learning about Helpster Charity through Volunteer Shahid Afridi, the family found hope for the support needed to ensure a safe delivery and a healthy future for both mother and child.

Suborna Akter Bonna was admitted to the hospital on 01.06.2026 with a 38-week and 2-day pregnancy in breech presentation. After a thorough assessment by the medical team, an LUCS was performed on the same day to ensure the safe delivery of the baby and to prevent potential complications associated with breech birth. The operation was completed successfully, and both the mother and the newborn remained stable throughout the procedure. Following surgery, Suborna received appropriate postoperative treatment, including medications, regular monitoring, and supportive nursing care. The baby was also closely observed and provided with necessary newborn care. Due to timely surgical intervention, proper medical management, and dedicated nursing support, both mother and baby recovered well without any significant complications and were discharged in a safe and satisfactory condition.

The recommended treatment for Bonna is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option for delivering the baby promptly and preventing further complications.
