Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Belinah is the second of 2 children. She lives with her father and mother in Kaduna State Nigeria. When she was born the lump was discovered and it was very little but as she grew older, the lump began to increase in size and now very visible. Belinah was born with the growth in her back. That time the growth was barely visible but as she grew older, it has become very visible and gives her some discomfort. Despite the lump she is a playful child and likes to smile, dance and play with her peers.
Medical history
My name is Abel Sakut I am the father of baby Belinah. When my wife told me about the plan to have a surgery done free of charge for my daughter it was too good to be true. Now I have seen it for myself seeing my daughter free from the discomfort of the lump that she was born with makes me very happy. I say a very big thank you and God bless you for all you do.
Outcome
The patient was first seen in our hospital 3 months ago with a growth at the back that started since birth and since then has been progressive. The growth is occasionally painful, soft and mobile. A diagnosis of Hemangioma was made and the patient is being planned for excision under general anesthesia.
