After learning about Helpster Charity through the medical outreach at Kutupalong, the family sought support when her enteric fever, acute watery diarrhea, dehydration, and ongoing bleeding left her increasingly weak. Without timely treatment, continued fluid loss may cause severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, while persistent bleeding may lead to significant anemia and further weakness. Her condition could progress to shock, sepsis, or other serious complications, making prompt medical care essential for her recovery and future.

According to the doctor, hospital admission with IV fluids, rehydration, antibiotics, nutritional support, and close monitoring is essential to control Maymuna’s enteric fever and replace the fluids and electrolytes lost through diarrhea. With timely treatment, her fever and diarrhea are expected to improve, allowing her to regain hydration, strength, appetite, and normal daily activities.
