Tasnimul Hasan Taskin is a bright, kind, and hardworking 10-year-old Bangladeshi boy who dreams of becoming a teacher and is the beloved son of his parents. His father is a small-scale farmer who cultivates leased land, but poor harvests and debt leave the family struggling to meet even their basic needs, making the cost of hospital treatment impossible to afford. As Tasnimul's high fever, severe abdominal pain, weakness, and loss of appetite worsened, his parents became desperate, fearing they might lose the child they had always hoped would build a better future for the family. Doctors have warned that if his Enteric Fever (Typhoid Fever) is not treated promptly, it could lead to severe dehydration, intestinal perforation, bloodstream infection (sepsis), multiple organ failure, and even death. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abu Sayeed, the family finally found hope that Tasnimul could receive the life-saving treatment he urgently needs and return to school and a healthy childhood.

Tasnimul Hasan Taskin was admitted to Orion Hospital on 10 June 2026 through Helpster volunteer Abu Sayeed with Enteric Fever, causing prolonged high fever, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and weakness. He received hospitalization, intravenous fluids, antibiotics, nutritional support, supportive care, and close medical monitoring, responding well to treatment. He was discharged in stable condition on 16 June 2026 with medications, dietary advice, and follow-up instructions. His family sincerely thanks Helpster Charity, its dedicated volunteers, and the medical team at Orion Hospital for their generous financial support, compassionate care, and successful treatment.

According to the treating doctor, hospitalization, intravenous fluid therapy, rehydration, antibiotics, nutritional support, supportive care, and close medical monitoring are essential to treat Tasnimul Hasan Taskin's enteric fever and prevent serious complications. With timely treatment, his fever and abdominal pain are expected to resolve, his appetite and strength will gradually return, and he will be able to resume his normal daily activities and continue his education. However, if left untreated, enteric fever can progress to severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, bloodstream infection (sepsis), shock, multiple organ failure, and even death.
