Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Muhammed is a 13-year-old boy from a caring and supportive family. He is a bright and active student who enjoys helping his family with daily chores and assisting younger children with schoolwork. he has generally been healthy, with no chronic illnesses or previous surgeries. His family describes him as responsible, cheerful, and sociable. He aspire to further his education if he had the means. Muhammed is a 13-year-old boy who presented with a one-week history of intermittent, colicky left flank pain radiating to the lower abdomen. He also complained of painful urination, increased urinary frequency, and occasional passage of blood in the urine. Clinical evaluation and investigations confirmed the presence of a multiple kidney stones. Given the size and nature of the stone, spontaneous passage is considered unlikely. He was planned for Nephrolithiasis upon approval by Helpster charity foundation. The primary complications of nephrolithiasis include persistent urinary tract obstruction, recurrent kidney infections (pyelonephritis), hydronephrosis, and a long-term risk of irreversible chronic kidney disease if the blockage remains untreated. The overall prognosis for nephrolithiasis is highly favorable with most small stones passing spontaneously, though the long-term recurrence rate reaches approximately fifty percent within ten years without dietary modifications or medical prophylaxis.
Prognosis
Muhammed has a relatively large Multiple kidney stones that is unlikely to pass spontaneously and will require definitive treatment. Kidney stones of this size can cause severe and recurrent pain and, if left untreated, may lead to persistent symptoms and potential damage to the affected kidney. Opinion, removal of the stone offers the best chance of symptom relief and recovery, with a significant improvement in his condition expected after treatment. The primary complications of kidney stones include severe renal colic, persistent urinary tract obstruction, recurrent kidney infections, hydronephrosis, and a risk of irreversible chronic kidney disease if left untreated. The prognosis for kidney stones is highly favorable with most small stones passing spontaneously, though the long-term recurrence rate reaches approximately fifty percent within ten years without lifestyle modifications or targeted medical prophylaxis.
