Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Mohammad is a happy boy who lives with his parents, grandparents, and brother in a small, crowded tin sheet house. He enjoys playing football and cricket. He's in the second grade and likes to visit his relatives often. Spending time with his parents is also something he loves. His dad pulls a rickshaw and his mom works in a garment factory. Mohammad has Tonsillitis and needs surgery, but his family can't afford it. They are asking for your help.

Medical history

Mohammad Taskin, 8years old was suffering from chronic recurrent Tonsillitis. He was admitted in Narayanganj polyclinic 12.01.2024. Tonsillectomy operation was performed on 13.01.2024. He was discharged from polyclinic on 14.01.2024 after a successful operation. He was feeling well, and the doctors advised him to make a follow up visit after 7 days.

Outcome

Enlarged tonsils can trap bacteria and viruses, leading to recurrent throat and ear infections. These infections can cause discomfort, pain, and may require repeated courses of antibiotics. An adenotonsillectomy is a medical procedure in which both the adenoids and tonsils are surgically removed. The adenoids are small glands located at the back of the throat, while the tonsils are situated on either side of the throat.
