Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Meha Akter is a cheerful and innocent 18-month-old girl who brings endless joy to her parents and her 5-year-old elder sister, and they dream of watching her grow up healthy, educated, and happy. Her father, Momin Islam, is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer and earning only BDT 5,000 per month, making it impossible to afford emergency hospital treatment while meeting their basic daily needs. When Meha suddenly developed severe acute watery diarrhea with repeated vomiting, she quickly became dangerously weak and severely dehydrated, leaving her frightened parents desperate to save her life. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Sadika Rahman, giving them hope during this medical emergency. Without immediate treatment, severe dehydration can rapidly lead to shock, kidney failure, unconsciousness, and even death, putting Meha's life at immediate risk.
Prognosis
With prompt and appropriate medical treatment, including oral rehydration therapy (ORS), zinc supplementation, and intravenous (IV) fluids if required, Meha's prognosis is highly favorable. She is expected to recover completely without any long-term health complications. However, if timely treatment is delayed or not provided, the ongoing diarrhea and vomiting can rapidly lead to severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, hypovolemic shock, acute kidney injury, seizures, or even death. Therefore, immediate medical care and close monitoring are essential to prevent these life-threatening complications.
