Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Adnan Abir is a cheerful and cherished 1-year-5-month-old child who lives with his parents and two older siblings in a five-member family in Domar, Nilphamari. His father, Md. Zahidul Islam, is the primary earner and works as a farmer, earning approximately USD 67–84 per month, which is insufficient to cover the family’s basic needs and Adnan’s medical expenses. Adnan has been diagnosed with right inguinal hernia and phimosis, requiring surgical treatment to prevent further complications. Due to their limited financial resources, the family cannot afford the necessary treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through local outreach activities. Without timely treatment, his conditions may worsen and cause increasing discomfort and other complications.
Prognosis
Right herniotomy and circumcision are expected to correct the inguinal hernia and phimosis, relieve discomfort, and improve the child’s comfort and normal daily activities. With timely surgery and appropriate postoperative care, Adnan is expected to recover well. If left untreated, the inguinal hernia may enlarge and become incarcerated or strangulated, while phimosis may cause recurrent pain, infection, and difficulty with urination. Timely treatment can help prevent these complications and support healthy development.
