Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Suleiman Mohammed is a twelve-year-old boy with a quiet resilience and a maturity beyond his years. He lives with his elderly grandparents in a small, cramped mud house in Birniwa town. His parents are absent his father passed away several years ago, and his mother left to find work in a distant city and never returned. His grandparents, both in their late sixties, survive on a meager pension. They love Suleiman dearly and have sacrificed everything to raise him, but their age and poverty have left them unable to afford proper healthcare. Suleiman is a bright boy who loves school and dreams of becoming a teacher one day. He helps his grandparents with their work after school to fetch water. In their desperation, they heard about Helpster Charity Foundation and brought Suleiman to Adari Medical Clinic, begging for help to save their only grandchild. Suleiman was brought to Adari Medical Clinic on 7th May with a two-week history of severe burning epigastric pain, heartburn, nausea, poor appetite, and unintentional weight loss. His grandparents reported that he had also developed high fever, chills, and body weakness three days prior to admission. On examination, Febrile -temperature of 39.0°C, pale, and in visible distress with abdominal tenderness in the epigastric region. Laboratory tests confirmed Plasmodium falciparum malaria (positive RDT with 1.8% parasitemia) and elevated inflammatory markers. He was Diagnosed with Peptic ulcer disease and Malaria.

Prognosis

Suleiman Mohammed, presented with a two-week history of severe epigastric pain, heartburn, nausea, weight loss, and a recent onset of high fever and weakness. Investigations confirmed the diagnosis of Plasmodium falciparum malaria alongside clinical features of peptic ulcer disease. The overall prognosis of peptic ulcer disease is highly excellent with a low recurrence rate if the underlying Helicobacter pylori infection is successfully eradicated and the patient avoids nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The prognosis of severe malaria is highly favorable with a significant reduction in mortality if prompt, intravenous antimalarial therapy ideally with artesunate and aggressive supportive care are initiated before irreversible multi-organ failure develops, anemia and possible death.
