Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mst. Maisha Akter Bithi is an 18-year-old hardworking pregnant woman who enjoys baking cakes and dreams of becoming an entrepreneur so she can support her husband and build a better future for her family. She lives with her husband and two other family members in fragile conditions, while her husband is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only approximately USD 49 per month, making it difficult to afford necessary medical care. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a relative and sought support because their limited income cannot cover the required treatment expenses. At 30 weeks of pregnancy, Maisha was diagnosed with breech presentation after experiencing lower abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, fatigue, and hardening of the abdomen. Without appropriate monitoring and timely obstetric management, breech presentation may increase the risk of obstructed labor, fetal distress, birth complications, and potentially serious outcomes for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
The advised treatment for Mst. Maisha Akter Bithi is LUCS under spinal anesthesia, as it provides the safest approach for delivering a baby in a breech presentation while minimizing the risk of maternal and fetal complications. Early surgical delivery offers the best chance of a safe birth and a healthy recovery for both mother and child. Delaying the procedure may increase the likelihood of serious complications, including fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, brachial plexus injury, and head entrapment during labor. For these reasons, prompt surgical intervention with careful obstetric supervision is strongly recommended to achieve the best possible outcome for both the mother and her baby.
