Vallary was brought to the hospital after experiencing difficulty breathing, persistent cough, repeated vomiting, fever, refusal to feed, and general body weakness for three days. Vallary was brought to the hospital by her mother with history of; difficult in breathing, Cough, vomiting everything, fever and general body weakness for the last three days. Based on findings, She was diagnosed with severe pneumonia complicated by Malnutrition and anemia. Was admitted for treatment and further investigation. She was given: I.v Xpen, I.v Gentamicin, I.v Hydrocortisone and Supplement F100. She responded positively to medication and discharged home on good condition
