Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mim Nur is a bright and determined 14-year-old girl who lives with her parents and elder brother, continuing her education despite her family’s difficult circumstances. Her father is the family’s only earning member and drives a rented mini Tomtom; after paying the vehicle owner each day, very little remains for food, education, and household expenses, and he sometimes has to borrow money just to support the family. After learning about Helpster Charity through the medical outreach at Kutupalong, the family sought assistance because they cannot afford Mim’s hospitalization, surgery, medicines, and specialized care. Without timely treatment, her adenotonsillitis may cause worsening throat infections, severe difficulty swallowing, poor nutrition, and significant obstruction of her airway, particularly during sleep. In serious cases, complications such as abscess formation, severe breathing difficulty, or spreading infection could become life-threatening and significantly affect her health and education.
Prognosis
The attending physician recommends prompt treatment for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Adenotonsillitis, including appropriate medical management and adenotonsillectomy when clinically indicated. With timely and proper treatment, the condition has a good prognosis, with a high likelihood of full recovery. If left untreated, recurrent infections, worsening swallowing or breathing difficulties, and airway obstruction may develop, leading to severe complications or even death in serious cases.
