Dominion is a 1 year old male infant who is being taken care of by his parents in a rented apartment. They find it difficult to settle the house rent making the landlord quarrel with them. He was brought to the facility by his mother on account of bilateral swellings on both testes, which she noticed about 3 months after birth, while she was bathing him. Bilateral hydrocele is usually a benign condition with good treatment outcomes. Clinical evaluation and scrotal ultrasound are recommended to exclude infection, hernia, or testicular tumor.
