Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Husaini is a 7- months-old baby and the youngest of seven children in his family. He has six older siblings—one brother and five sisters. He lives with his parents and siblings in the same family house. His father is a businessman who works hard to provide for the family's daily needs, while his mother is a seamstress who contributes to the household income through her tailoring work. Despite their efforts, raising a large family presents financial challenges, making it difficult to meet all the family's needs. Husaini was born with a congenital condition known as an imperforate anus (born without an anal opening), which prevents the normal passage of stool. Shortly after birth, he underwent surgery in an attempt to divert feaces and allow waste to leave his body. Doctors had to create an opening in his abdomen (a colostomy), through which he now passes stool into a colostomy bag. Husaini requires further specialized surgical treatment to reconstruct the anal opening and restore normal bowel function.

Prognosis

In the opinion of pediatric surgeons, Husaini's condition is an anorectal malformation that required an immediate life-saving stoma or anoplasty to prevent lethal bowel obstruction [chop.edu]. Long-term medical management is crucial, as Husaini faces a lifelong risk of chronic complications including fecal incontinence, severe constipation, and potential urinary tract or reproductive system dysfunctions due to shared nerve and muscle pathways. Prognosis is favorable, however some complications may include anastomotic leakage post colostomy reversal and wound breakdown.
