Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Naiserian is a humble, jovial and caring young girl who enjoys helping her guardian with cooking and small farm activities whenever she is able. She has had a difficult childhood, having lost her mother at a very young age and with no known relatives able to care for her. She subsequently spent much of her childhood living among other vulnerable children on the streets before coming under the care of a guardian. Naiserian presented to the hospital with a four-day history of severe epigastric pain, nausea, bloody vomiting, loss of appetite and general body weakness. She had taken paracetamol in an attempt to relieve her symptoms, but her condition continued to worsen. Her guardian found her looking extremely weak and visibly unwell and became concerned that she required urgent medical attention. Having previously heard that Helpster Charity was supporting vulnerable patients receiving treatment at Good Hope Hospital, the guardian brought Naiserian to the facility and requested assistance with the cost of her medical care.
Prognosis
Peptic ulcers and Gastritis prognosis is poor unless lifestyle adjustment are considered. Angel's condition would be restored if strong antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors and antihemesis medication are are administered parenterally within 24 hours of together with intravenous fluids to restore the electrolytes lost during vomiting. Positive response would be noticed within 72 hours of treatment in the hospital.
