Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Giana is a one-year-old girl and the firstborn child in her family. She lives with her parents in Nango Village. Her father earns a living as a boda boda rider, providing for the family's daily needs through modest and irregular income. Giana is described as a calm, gentle, and cheerful child. A few days ago, she developed a persistent cough, difficulty in breathing, high fever, and became unusually irritable, crying frequently due to discomfort. Believing it to be a minor illness, her mother initially gave her locally prepared herbal remedies in the hope that she would improve. Unfortunately, there was no relief, and over the next two days her condition deteriorated, with worsening breathing difficulty and persistent fever. Alarmed by the progression of her symptoms, her mother rushed her to the hospital for urgent medical attention. Following clinical assessment and laboratory investigations, Giana was diagnosed and started on appropriate treatment.

Prompt diagnosis and immediate treatment were essential to prevent serious complications such as severe anemia, hypoglycemia, seizures, coma, kidney injury, respiratory distress, multi-organ failure, and death. She is responding well to treatment and showing clinical improvement during admission. Her prognosis is good because appropriate therapy was initiated without delay.
