Abdullah Al Ashif is a cheerful and affectionate one-year-old boy who brings happiness to his parents and siblings, and they dream of watching him grow up healthy and strong. He lives with his parents and siblings in a family of four, where his father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer whose limited income is barely enough to provide food and other daily necessities, making it impossible to afford the cost of hospitalization, investigations, and medicines for Abdullah's severe pneumonia treatment. After learning about Helpster Charity from Bablu Abdullah, the family sought his support, and he guided them to Jamuna Clinic, giving them hope that Abdullah could receive the lifesaving treatment he urgently needed. Despite exhausting their limited resources, his parents cannot continue his treatment without financial assistance. Without immediate treatment, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, or even death, placing Abdullah's young life at immediate risk.

Abdullah Al Ashif was admitted to Jamuna Clinic on June 20, 2026, with complaints of high fever, persistent cough, and breathlessness. Following a thorough medical evaluation, he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. He received six days of inpatient treatment, during which his condition improved significantly, and he was discharged in stable condition on June 26, 2026. Throughout his hospitalization, Abdullah was accompanied by both of his mother and grand mother, who remained by his side and were present at the time of discharge. His mother expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their compassionate care, dedicated treatment, and continuous support. His grand mother was especially grateful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster, stating that it played a vital role in ensuring his son received timely and appropriate medical care.

The treating doctor has recommended hospitalization, antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and other supportive treatment to control the lung infection, improve breathing, reduce fever, and stabilize Abdullah's condition. With timely treatment and close medical monitoring, the infection is expected to resolve gradually, his breathing will improve, and he should make a full recovery with normal growth and development. Completing the prescribed course of treatment and attending regular follow-up visits are essential to prevent recurrence and long-term complications.
