Md. Takrim is a cheerful and innocent 4-year-old boy who loves spending time with his family despite the pain he has endured since birth. His father, Abdul Kaiyom, is unable to work because one of his arms and one of his legs are paralyzed, while his mother, Halima, is mentally vulnerable, leaving the family completely dependent on his maternal uncle, Abul Kalam, for food, shelter, and daily expenses. Living in his grandmother's home without any land, property, or stable income, the family has no means to afford the specialized surgery Takrim urgently needs. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Jamilur Reza, who gave them hope when they had nowhere else to turn. Without timely surgical correction of his Mid Penile Hypospadias with Chordee and Meatal Stenosis, Takrim may suffer worsening urinary obstruction, recurrent infections, severe pain, kidney-related complications, and long-term functional and psychological difficulties, affecting his health and future quality of life.

According to the treating doctors, urethroplasty by TIPU procedure under General Anesthesia (GA) is recommended to correct Md. Takrim’s mid-penile hypospadias with chordee and meatal stenosis. Timely surgery is expected to improve urinary flow, correct the penile curvature, and restore the urethral opening to a more functional position, supporting normal physical development. If left untreated, the condition may cause persistent difficulty or pain during urination, recurrent urinary tract infections, worsening curvature, and urinary obstruction
