Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Aisha is a 1yr 4month old child, the third born of her parent also the second daughter of her father who is a petty trader while the mother is a house wife, she lives with both parents in the same house. Aisha loves playing and watching cartoons. The family income is around 30000 Naira. The family barely has 3 square meals per day. The family is asking Helpster Donors to cover the medical treatment of Aisha. She's a one year old baby girl, she presented with 4 days history of fever, vomiting which later became bilious, abdominal distention, and passage of bloody mucoid stool, there's associated body weakness. At presentation she was febrile, severely dehydrated and anemic. Aisha is being evaluated as a case of intestinal obstruction 2o illeo colic intussusception.

Prognosis

Aisha is being evaluated for Intestinal Obstruction and intussusception, she will benefit emergency exploratory laparotomy with resection and anastomosis. Left untreated, this intussusception rapidly cuts off blood supply to the trapped bowel, leading to tissue necrosis, intestinal perforation, sepsis, renal failure, life-threatening peritonitis, profound hypovolemic shock, and death. Prognosis - Good prognosis with early intervention, however late intervention will worsen prognosis as trapped bowel could perforate or become gangrenous leading to sepsis, dehydration with risk of severe end organ damage.
