Ryan is the first-born child in a family of seven. He is a cheerful, caring, and determined boy who enjoys playing football and drawing. He lives with both parents and his siblings in a modest two-room mud-walled house without electricity. His parents depend on small-scale farming and the sale of farm produce to support the family, but their income is limited and often insufficient to meet all their basic needs. Despite these challenges, Ryan dreams of becoming a doctor so that he can help others in his community. Ryan began feeling unwell four days before seeking medical care. Ryan was relieved and deeply grateful to learn that he could receive assistance and willingly agreed to be admitted to the ward for appropriate treatment, close monitoring, and continued medical care.
