Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Tabassum Akter Munadia is a gentle and innocent 10-year-old girl who has shown remarkable courage despite being abandoned by her parents at a young age and being raised by her loving grandparents. Her grandparents live in a rented house without any land or stable income, making it impossible for them to afford the cost of the surgery she urgently needs. For the past nine years, she has lived with a dermoid cyst on her forehead, causing frequent headaches and pain that interfere with her studies and daily life. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Jamilur Reza, giving them hope that Tabassum could finally receive the treatment she deserves. Without timely surgery, the cyst may continue to grow, become infected or rupture, cause worsening pain and facial deformity, and require a more complicated operation, placing her long-term health and quality of life at risk.

Prognosis

According to the treating doctors, Excision of the Dermoid Cyst under General Anesthesia (GA) is the definitive treatment for Tabassum Akter Munadia's Dermoid Cyst on the Forehead. Surgical excision will completely remove the cyst, relieve her persistent headache, eye pain, and forehead swelling, and prevent further enlargement or future complications. With timely surgery, she is expected to make a full recovery and return to her normal daily activities with an improved quality of life. However, if left untreated, the cyst may continue to enlarge, become infected, rupture, cause persistent pain and cosmetic deformity, erode the underlying bone, and, in rare cases, extend into deeper tissues, making future surgery more complex and increasing the risk of serious complications. Therefore, early surgical excision is essential to protect her health, prevent disease progression, and ensure the best possible outcome.
