Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Polly Akota Unnayan Sangstha (RUDO)
Sondaho, Post: Santhia, District: Pabna. Post code: 6670, Bangladesh
Background
Marjia is a cheerful and lovable 3-year-old girl who brings happiness to her parents and grandmother despite living with a painful health condition since birth. Her father works in a garment factory and struggles to support the family on a limited income, making it impossible to afford the cost of surgery while also meeting daily household expenses. Because of her supra-umbilical hernia, Marjia often suffered from abdominal pain and swelling above her navel, leaving her crying in discomfort and causing constant worry for her grandmother, who dreams of seeing her grow up healthy and become a doctor one day. The family felt helpless as her condition continued, but they found hope after learning about Helpster Charity and the free surgical support available through RUDO Hospital. Without timely surgery, the hernia could become trapped or strangulated, leading to severe pain, intestinal blockage, life-threatening complications, and permanent harm to this bright little girl's future.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, surgical repair of the supra-umbilical hernia is expected to provide a permanent solution to Marjia Khatun's condition and allow her to live a healthy, active childhood free from pain and discomfort. Following successful surgery, the swelling above her navel will be corrected, reducing the risk of future complications and enabling normal growth and development. With proper postoperative care and regular follow-up, she is expected to make a full recovery and enjoy a better quality of life. However, if the hernia is left untreated, it may become trapped or strangulated, cutting off the blood supply to the affected tissue and causing severe pain, intestinal obstruction, infection, and other life-threatening complications.
