Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Miracle Istifanus is 5 year old child who lives with his parents and four other siblings in uke bus-stop. They live in an uncompleted building. The father Mr. Istifanus Haruna is a builder. However, due to the rainy season, he has been without any work since the month of May. At the moment he has no any source of income as he relies heavily on his handwork to survive. Miracle is a quiet boy who loves to play with his friends. He is currently in kindergarten 2and dreams of becoming a Banker. Miracle Istifanus five years old child was presented with complaints of fever associated with joint pain. The child was looking ill, weak, pale and feverish. Laboratory tests were conducted, the child was diagnosed with Severe malaria and Anemia.
Prognosis
Miracle Istifanus, five-year-old child diagnosed with severe malaria, anaemia, and sickle cell disease is critically ill and requires immediate hospitalization. Although the initial prognosis is guarded because of the increased risk of severe complications, many children recover fully with rapid diagnosis, intensive supportive care, appropriate antimalarial treatment, blood transfusion as indicated, and comprehensive management of sickle cell disease. Delay in treatment is associated with a substantially increased risk of morbidity and mortality.
